By booking and participating in a Session with Alma (“the Service”), you agree to the following terms, conditions, and disclaimers:

A) General Disclaimer

• Sessions are intended for entertainment and personal insight purposes only.

• You must be 18 years or older to participate.

• All available Session time slots are open to clients worldwide.

B) Guidance and Responsibility

• All guidance is subject to your own interpretation.

• Information provided during Sessions does not substitute for professional advice, including but not limited to legal, psychological, financial, family, medical, or business advice.

• By using this Service, you accept full responsibility for your own choices and actions.

C) Release of Liability

• By participating in a Session, you release Alma, De La Luna Soul, and any associates or entities from all liability related to decisions or actions you take as a result of your Session.

• You agree not to disparage Alma, De La Luna Soul, or its entities across any media or social platforms.

• You agree to hold Alma and De La Luna Soul harmless against any claims or liabilities.

D) Confidentiality and Use

• Sessions are private and confidential.

• No authorization is given to record, share, or distribute information from Sessions without express written permission.

• Alma does not provide follow-up questions or additional answers via email after the Session.

E) Financial and Investment Disclaimer

• Alma does not offer investment advice due to inherent risks and volatility in all markets, including cryptocurrency, stocks, bonds, real estate, precious metals, mutual funds, or retirement accounts.

F) Payment Terms

• Payment is required at the time of booking.

• All prices are listed in USD (US Dollars). International clients are responsible for currency conversion and related fees.

G) Health Disclaimer

• If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest hospital.

• If you are struggling with depression or a critical health condition, please seek support from a licensed medical professional.

• This Service is not intended as medical treatment or a substitute for professional care.

H) Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds

• A minimum of 2 days’ notice is required for cancellations. Requests made with less than 2 days’ notice are non-refundable.

• If you miss your scheduled Session without prior notice, you will be charged the full fee.

• Once a Session is completed, refunds are not available.

• If you feel the Session is not aligned, you must notify Alma within the first 10 minutes. Continuing beyond this point indicates acceptance of the value received.

• Alma reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason..
